Ever Grace Skin Studio collects only what's needed to care for your skin and run your appointments — nothing more, and it's never sold. Here's the full picture.

What We Collect
Contact and booking details. When you book or contact us, we receive your name, phone number, email, and appointment details. Bookings are processed by Vagaro, our scheduling provider, under Vagaro's privacy policy.
Skin and health intake. Before treatment, we ask about skin concerns, sensitivities, medications, and conditions that affect what's safe to do. This stays between you and your esthetician, stored in our secure booking system, and is never used for anything but your care.
Website analytics. Like most websites, we may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — pages visited, device type, general region. This data doesn't identify you personally.
Text messages. If you text us or opt into appointment reminders, standard messaging applies. Reply STOP any time to end reminders.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers that make the business run (scheduling, payments, analytics), each bound by their own privacy obligations. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for. And client photos never appear anywhere — website or social — without your signed release.
Cookies & Third Parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may set analytics cookies. The booking pages use Vagaro's embedded tools, which operate under Vagaro's own policies. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
Your Choices
You can ask us any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're required to keep, like payment history). Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and we extend the same courtesy to everyone.
