What to Expect at Your First Appointment
The consultation (10 minutes). Before anything touches your skin, we talk: your skin history, what bothers you, what you've tried, medications and products that matter. Then a skin analysis under magnification — most clients learn something about their skin in the first five minutes.
The treatment. Your facial is built from the analysis, not a set script — cleansing, exfoliation matched to your skin's tolerance, extractions only if needed, massage, and a mask chosen for your skin that day. One client at a time, never double-booked, never rushed.
The honest debrief. You leave with a short list of what would genuinely help your skin at home — and explicit permission to ignore anything that wouldn't. No pressure, no product quotas.
Studio Policies, In Plain English
Cancellations: 24 hours' notice, please — late cancellations and no-shows may be charged part of the service price. Arrival: a few minutes early is perfect; your appointment time is yours alone. Health: active cold sores, sunburn, or recent Accutane use affect what's safe to do — mention them when booking and we'll plan honestly around them. Kids & guests: the studio is a one-client space; please arrive solo so your hour stays yours.

Do I need to know which service to book?
No — if you're unsure, book the Signature Facial. Every first appointment starts with a consultation and skin analysis, and we'll adjust the treatment (and your plan going forward) based on what your skin actually needs.
What should I do before my first appointment?
Come as you are — with or without makeup. Skip strong exfoliants and retinoids for 48 hours beforehand, and jot down any products or medications you use so we can talk through them at your consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — we just ask for 24 hours' notice so the appointment can go to someone on the list. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely may be charged part of the service price.
